What Can It Do For You?
C02 laser treatments replace damaged skin with new, fresh skin, so you can smooth out wrinkles, remove scars or improve your skin tone. Due to significant technological advances, C02 laser treatments can help most people achieve a close to flawless complexion. With our help, you can target:
- Fine lines and wrinkles, particularly around upper lip, cheeks and forehead
- Loose eyelid skin
- Crow's feet
- Pucker marks (smoker's lines) and frown lines
- Brown spots and uneven skin tone
- Scars, particularly acne scars
- Loose skin around neck and jowls
How Does it Work?
C02 laser treatments remove built-up layers of dead and damaged skin, as well as scar tissue, to rejuvenate your skin. During treatment, a laser scans and removes an extremely fine layer of skin to eradicate any diseased, damaged and thickened areas. The process promotes healthy circulation and stimulates the growth of a new collagen layer and fresh skin. The result is a smoother, more supple and healthier looking skin.
At the Ashley Centre, we use the most advanced C02 laser technology to ensure the best results with the quickest recovery. We offer both ActiveFX and DeepFX fractional laser treatments, which are the highest standard in C02 laser resurfacing systems. These systems allow light, moderate or deep treatments and specialise in achieving results quickly and effectively.
Active FX smooths out lines, wrinkles and scars, removing brown spots and irregularities in one single treatment, speeding up the healing process and getting you back to normal quickly. DeepFX is a revolutionary technology that targets aged, sun-damaged or scarred skin by stimulating tissue regeneration and new collagen formation, as the skin heals there is a further reduction in wrinkles. Only a small area of skin is touched by the laser during DeepFX treatment, so healing can be limited to just a few days.

What happens in a typical treatment?
C02 laser treatment is usually performed as a day procedure, using a local anaesthesia to numb the skin and a mild sedation with the treatment. You will experience little to no pain during treatment and can expect to feel a warm sensation similar to sunburn.
Clients are given a special washing and moisturising regime to follow after treatment and our team will advise when you can return to your normal makeup and skincare routine. Any redness of the skin should disappear in about a week but may last longer.
The results of our C02 laser treatment are long-term with most effects visible immediately and some continued improvement expected for 3 to 5 months following treatment.
Please do not hesitate to contact us before, during or after your treatment if you need any further information.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the procedure varies according to your unique needs and circumstances. At the Ashley Centre, we believe cost estimates should be based on a comprehensive understanding of your needs.
